Technicians
Meet our wonderful team of technicians! Technicians perform a variety of tasks that support an optometrist, including readying exam rooms and performing basic vision tests. Our technician's will greet you, preparing exam schedules and work with your insurance company.
Opticians
We are proud to staff the best opticians in North Texas. Opticians are technicians who receive specialized training to help our doctors before, during and after your eye exam. Our opticians are particularly specialized in helping you choose the right eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision correction devices. Your optician will be your go-to support for our in-house eyewear boutique. The National Board of Opticianry Certification (A.B.O.C) certification is the nationally recognized standard for certifying an optician's qualifications. This certification involves a high level of experience and education.

Receptionists
Out Ousley Vision, you'll be greeted by our caring and attentive Receptionists. Our front desk team is in charge of scheduling appointments, recalling patients, handling insurance forms, accepting payments, and processing patient forms and requests.
