These incredible ladies welcome patients to our office each day. They are the "Welcoming" face of Ousley Vision Center. They answer and direct incoming phone calls, assist in scheduling appointments, They also process and dispense contact lens orders. They are invaluable to our office.
Paraoptometric Techs
Nancy, Natalie, Deborah, Sharisse, Jennifer, Lynn S. & Lynn K.
The Paraoptometric Technicians work under direct supervision of our doctors providing the best possible patient care. They are an incredible team of highly trained staff dedicated who administer preliminary testing for each patient’s visual capabilities using our state of the art equipment. They are the contact lens experts responsible for placing all orders and are available to answer any questions. They provide demonstration and education to new Contact Lens wearers to ensure each patient’s success. Jo and Cyndia have been with our practice since 1992. Jennifer and Lynn joined our staff in 2004. We are proud to have 3 certified CPO Technicians on our staff.
Opticians

We have seven board certified opticians with over 40 years collectively in the optical industry. Our incredible opticians stay updated on current styles and trends to assist patients in choosing frames that best suit their lifestyle and needs. They interpret eyeglass prescriptions to provide the best lenses and coatings to properly correct the patients vision. They are also available to adjust and repair glasses when necessary. Billing Specialists
Babette, Heather, Veronica, Natalie & Kate
Candace, Kate and Babette are many times the last faces you see at Oulsey Vision Center. These ladies handle patient calls, process the billing and insurance as well as handle contact lens orders. We are so excited to have Babette as our very own in-house Medicare Specialist. They make it their priority to be sure that your visit has been the best possible as well as making sure we have been able to meet all of your vision needs.
